Great staff, had very enjoyable stay!!!
Location: the hotel was just next door to the shores of Lake Geneva, the ferry over, and the Lake Geneva. Lucky that it was within easy walking distance of Pret a Manger, offering food to go.

This lakeside hotel offers stunning views of Lake Geneva and its charming harbour. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with some even having a picturesque balcony overlooking the lake. the breakfast, which includes hot eggs, pastries, and espresso, is highly rated. the hotel's location near the docks makes it ideal for boat trips around the area.
Though some rooms have balconies, they may not be large and spacious enough for everyone.

the staff were friendly and accommodating and the food was perfectly cooked with excellent presentation. our room had a lovely balcony where we could enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the fresh air.
The parking situation in the surrounding medieval village was a bit challenging, and we had to park quite a distance from the hotel. some of the other restaurants nearby had a lower price point for similar dishes, so it may not be the most budget-friendly option.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a perfect location on the harbor, offering stunning views of the lake. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist us with any requests. The housekeeping was excellent and our room was always clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink and the pet amenities available. The hotel offers tours and ticket assistance, which was very convenient for exploring the area. we had a great experience and would recommend this place to everyone.
Despite this, the hotel still provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay. So, if you're looking for a luxurious hotel with enhanced comfort and quality services, this is the perfect choice.

Our room was spacious and had a decent-sized bathroom. We enjoyed the breakfast with a variety of options, including hot eggs and different breads. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was truly magical! The views of the lake from the room were breathtaking, and the balcony was a perfect spot to take in the beauty. Being able to walk to the boats and explore the nearby towns was super convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The holiday decorations added an extra festive touch to our stay.
The parking situation was a bit frustrating as we had to park a bit of a distance away, plus the fee was a little steep. the food at the hotel was nothing to write home about and seemed a bit overpriced.
